Diana is a co-founder of A & E Tax Professionals and a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in New York with a specialization in Tax Compliance & Planning (TCP). With experience at a “Big Four” public accounting firm and a strong background in taxation, she provides expert guidance in federal tax compliance, tax planning, personal financial planning, and property transactions.
Outside of work, Diana enjoys traveling, exploring different cultures through food, and is an enthusiast of personal fitness and wellness. She is also passionate about volunteering and giving back to the community, often dedicating her time to helping others.
Higinia (Gina) Escobar
Partner, Tax Practitioner & Accountant
Gina is the co-founder of A & E Tax Professionals, bringing over 20 years of experience in individual tax preparation. She began her career under the mentorship of a tax lawyer before founding Escobar Income Tax Services in 2014, where she built long-term relationships rooted in trust and reliability.
Born in Mexico City and raised in Queens, Gina is fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing her to serve a diverse community with personalized tax strategies and clear, empathetic communication.
